A little background:

I started my career in finance back in 1990 as a loan processor, for a small start up mortgage brokerage firm in Lansing, IL, and now I have been a part of the mortgage industry for nearly 20 years. Since then I have experienced many facets of this business along with many of it's cycles. From the real estate crash in the late 90's to the real estate boom years in 2004-2007 to the lending crunch of today. A loan processor, an underwriter, an underwriting manager, a team leader, a sales manager, a loan officer. No matter what the title I have dedicated myself to one thing - helping people achieve their dream of homeownership.
